Understanding the Difference Between Anxiety and Panic

Anxiety and panic are terms often used interchangeably, but they refer to different experiences, each with its own triggers, symptoms, and intensity. Understanding the difference between anxiety and panic can help individuals identify what they're experiencing and choose effective ways to cope.

Anxiety is a general feeling of worry or unease that tends to build gradually over time. It’s often related to stressors such as work deadlines, social interactions, or financial pressures. For panic attacks, grounding techniques and focused breathing exercises can help calm the mind and body.
